We can make no promises, but it’s always good to get a
second opinion. We can mediate any situation.
Will you give me market value for my home if I decide to
sell?
We are not retailers. We offer wholesale pricing in most
cases, however, each situation is different. If we assume your note or take
over payments, it’s very possible that we can offer market rates.
